Can you create these folders ?

Can you create these folders in Windows platform:
"con","nul","prn","com1","com2",etc.
If you try to create folders with these names you could not do that!
Why?!
Because these are I/O names, with try to do it as calling that for ports.
How we could do this?
go to command prompt :
c:\>md\\.\c:\con
It's done.
You can delete by this command:
c:\>rd\\.\c:\con
done...
